Registration for the 2009-2010 school
year has begun.
We invite you to come in with your child and
visit our program prior to registration. Call 763-784-5928 for information.
A child will be considered "enrolled"
upon:
- receipt
of the application form (automatic with online form)
- receipt
of non-refundable $55 registration fee - due at Registration
- receipt
of the May 2010 (last) tuition payment - due at Registration
Additional required forms (Health Care
Summary, Child Care Immunization Form and Agreement/Permission Form) below (for new students only) must be completed and returned
BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

- The State of Minnesota requires that all children entering a preschool program have an up-to-date health statement that verifies that immunizations
(MMR, D[P]T, Hib, Polio, PCV, Varicella and Hep B) are current.
