CHILD ABUSE
Teachers are required,
under penalty of law, to report suspected child abuse or neglect to the police
department.
All families enrolled at
Noah's Ark will be given the mandated reporting policy for programs providing
services to children. (Laws of Minnesota 2002, chapter 248, Minnesota Statutes,
section 245AAA.145)
